STAMPY
Senior Project:
Product Design
"Stampy" is a project addressing the emotional needs of autistic children. Designed to provide a tangible means of expression, the project introduces an “emotions calendar”, where children with the support of the parents, can document their daily feelings. The calendar features stamps that portray different emotions such as sadness, happiness, anger, stress, excitement, and fear.
Stampy serves as a communication tool for non-verbal or emotionally challenged children, offering a visual representation of their emotional state. Beyond personal expression, the calendar is a tool for parents to track their child's emotional fluctuations and identify potential concerns. By fostering understanding and facilitating communication, "Stampy" aims to bridge emotional barriers and foster a supportive environment for autistic individuals and their families.
